Hors d’oeuvres to be passed on silver trays including:

  • Phyllo triangles stuffed with chevre and sun-dried tomatoes baked to perfection
  • Grilled cajun duck bites with Creole sauce
  • Smoked salmon canapes on buttered pumpernickel with fresh dill

Sit Down Dinner

  • Rolls to be passed and (your) wine poured as guests are seated

First Course:

  • Smoked Filet of Rainbow Trout with horseradish sauce accompanied by vegetable Terrine

Salad (French Service):

  • Mixed Green Mesclun Salad with red and green oak lettuce, arugula, radicchio, and frissee tossed with dried cranberries in cranberry vinaigrette
